Detox: 10 Day Spring Cleanse Meal Plan
10-day Natural Spring Cleanse Recipe:
Morning: 16 oz distilled water, 3-4 servings of fresh fruit (1 serving is equivalent to the size of a tennis ball or 1 cup berries) such as organic apples, papaya, pears or berries.
Lunch: 2 mugs of herbal tea (Burdock or Chaparral), 16+ oz lightly steamed vegetables, and 2 teaspoons flax oil or olive oil or 1/3 – 1/2 avocado.
Afternoon: 16 oz distilled water, 3-4 servings of fresh fruit such as organic apples, peaches, pears or berries.
Dinner: 2 mugs of herbal tea (Burdock or Chaparral), 16+ oz lightly steamed vegetables, and 2 teaspoons flax oil or olive oil or 1/3-1/2 avocado.
Evening: (1 h after dinner) 1 Atri Aloe Vera cap, 3 tsp. psyllium in 16 oz of pure water. 3-4 servings of fresh fruit.
Hydration: Drink and make your tea with distilled water to flush extracellular deposits or Poland Spring.
Exercise: Limit to mild paced 1 mile walk or gentle yoga every day. Meditate!

Actually looking at the meal plan, it looks doable. What’s the minimum days I can do to feel benefits? I want to read about your experience.
Everyone is different. I would try to do at least 3! I am on day 3 and feel great!
And day 3 – I am starting to notice a change in my skin and I think I have lost water weight which I attribute to health kidneys. Kidneys in Chinese Medicine put fires out from external and internal stresses. I can tell my kidneys are already happy.
You can buy the teas at a health food store or Whole Foods or organic market. I mix cut up fresh ginger root or you can use organic ginger powder and they taste great – earthy. My favorite is pau d’arco and burdock root teas with ginger. Made a big pot and put it in a container and brought to work.
there are no side effects to these teas unless someone has an allergy to them which is uncommon. just like a food – they are from a root. and although they are medicinal and should be treated as a medicine, it is rare that someone has a reaction to them. they are mild and have no harsh side effects.
I would buy some of your favorite fruits and vegetables and have variety. I would also recommend quick foods like oranges, apples etc that you don’t need to prepare in any way – you can just have them available.
On day 5 and feeling great, shocked by the amount of energy i have!
