Miss Massachusetts, Amanda Kelly, is going to be on my radio show next Sunday June 13th at 8 PM on 95.9 FM or online through my blog (go to listen live icon). She fundraises for Make-A-Wish-Foundation, a charity for kids with cancer after her younger sister was diagnosed with cancer at 11 years old. We will also learn her tips for staying fit and healthy.

what does she do so she doesn’t freak out before a competition? i am trying to learn how to do mind over matter techniques so i don’t turn bright red and sweat before giving presentations?

Hi, I’m very interested in Linux but Im a Super Newbie and I’m having trouble deciding on the right distribution for me (Havent you heard this a million times?) anyway here is my problem, I need a distribution that can switch between reading and writing in English and Japanese (Japanese Language Support) with out restarting the operating system.
