Tonight, Ben Elliott, former Chef de Cuisine of No. 9 Park and Stir in Boston joins Suzanne Landry, MS, RD, LDN, a Natural Medicine Practitioner, Nutritionist and Host of the Natural Medicine and Nutrition Hour on 95.9 FM WATD to dish about yummy healthy meals! He is a beekeeper, farmer, the husband of a nutritionist and dad of a 3 year old who over the years has learned how to incorporate healthy cooking with french cuisine for his family. Have food allergies? No problem. Many of the meals are free of yeast, gluten and dairy to fit everyone’s dietary needs including recipes for chicken, seafood, soup, potatoes and desserts.   2. I’m so worried about the direction our love ones are headed in nowadays. Watching Jamie Olivers food revolution on tv the other day scared the thingies out of me. I suggest we all start cooking some healthy recipes like these at home if we’re going to fix this horrible situation. The ones on that site seem pretty easy, I tried last night and it’s the first time my family has eaten well in so long, I just feel great.
